Fight the New Drug (FTND) is a brilliant resource for anyone struggling with a pornography addiction. Founded by college students, FTND is an organization aimed helping people overcome pornography by revealing the many dangers of pornography and offering resources to help people quit.
This site is loaded with facts about pornography, including how it effects the brain (it desensitizes the brains reward system), how it effects relationships (it takes away from the emotional aspect of sexual intimacy), and how it effects society (a significant amount of pornography production is tied to human trafficking).
FTND also includes several resources on how to overcome a pornography addiction. These include book and video resources, online software for accountability, and a pledge you can sign where you break up with pornography.
This site is not specifically Christian, so using in in conjunction with Christian resources is recommended. But at the same time, it is refreshing to see a non-religious group coming out against pornography because it does reinforce the stance long held by Christians that no good comes from pornography.
